1 General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the kgg9 platform ("Company", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("player", "you", "your"). By using the kgg9 website (kgg9.lat) and all services connected to it, these Terms automatically come into effect.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

In addition to these Terms, kgg9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy must be read together. In case of conflict, these main Terms take precedence. If a specific game or promotion has separate terms, those will be stated on the relevant page.

1.3 Language

These Terms were originally drafted in Bengali. Should a translation into another language become available in the future, the Bengali version shall remain the definitive and binding version.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at kgg9 and use any gaming service, you must be at least 21 years of age. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and an account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is considered a prohibited activity and all such accounts will be closed. In this case, any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. If false information is provided, kgg9 reserves the right to immediately cancel the account and forfeit the balance. Any changes to your information must be reported to support without delay.

3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

3.2 KYC Verification

If required, kgg9 may request identity verification documents as part of its Customer Due Diligence process. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are directly responsible for all activities carried out using your account. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited, and you bear full responsibility for any loss resulting from such use.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kgg9 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — A mobile financial service authorized by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200. The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits can be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional time may be required during verification processes or in cases of unusual transactions. kgg9 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by the payment provider.

4.4 Account Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

4.5 Transaction Security

kgg9 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Keeping your financial information fully secure is our priority. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kgg9 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses may only be used on games designated by kgg9. Some games may have different wagering contribution rates, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds are always used before a player's own balance.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

If any attempt to improperly claim a promotion or bonus is proven (such as multiple accounts, fictitious transactions, or collusion), the relevant bonus and winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games at kgg9 are operated using fair and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Ensuring fair play is our core principle. kgg9 reserves the right to void a game and refund bets in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each market or event when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sport. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to company policy. In the event of a dispute over a match score or result, the official result shall be considered final.

6.3 Incorrect Pricing

If incorrect odds are displayed on any game or market due to a technical error, bets placed at those odds may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kgg9:

• Money laundering, fraud, or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Hacking accounts, manipulation, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotion benefits.
• Collusion — attempting to control game outcomes by conspiring with other players.
• Participating in games using automated bots or other software.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's card or mobile account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized use of kgg9's name, logo, or brand elements.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
